I had such an amazing experience at The Best Sew-In Atlanta! From the very first phone call to the moment I walked out the door, the customer service was absolutely top tier. The receptionist (I didn’t catch his name) was so kind and professional, and that level of service continued the entire time I was there.
My stylist, Latravia, did my express sew-in, and she did a phenomenal job. I came in already washed and blow-dried, so she braided my hair down, completed the sew-in, and styled it beautifully. The install is neat, secure, and looks so natural. You can truly tell she takes pride in her work. She was very customer-service oriented, attentive, and easy to talk to. We had great conversation the whole time, and I felt completely comfortable in the space.
What really stood out to me was the care they showed beyond just doing my hair. It was pouring down raining, and the receptionist actually went and got my car from the parking lot so I wouldn’t mess up my hair. You just don’t get that kind of service anymore. That level of thoughtfulness meant so much to me.
I am beyond pleased with my experience. I haven’t had customer service like this in a very long time. I will absolutely be returning for future services, as long as they’re in business, God willing. The service is superb, I’m truly impressed, and I am very, very happy.
